Find quick answers to the most common questions about FYRO Player
FYRO Player is a media player application that supports M3U playlists and Xtream Codes from your own provider. It does not provide any content, media, or streaming services. You must add your own playlists from legitimate providers you have an agreement with.
FYRO Player offers a 14-day free trial when you first install the app, so you can fully test all features before paying. After the trial, you need a paid subscription to continue using the app. Subscriptions are available through our authorized resellers using promo codes.
Currently available for Android phones, tablets, Android TV, and Fire TV Stick. The APK can be downloaded directly from app.fyroplayer.com. Support for additional platforms is being explored for future releases.
Open FYRO Player, note your device identifier, then visit the Playlist Portal (link inside the app). Enter your own Xtream Codes credentials or M3U URL and submit. Restart the app to load your playlist.
Yes! You can add multiple playlists and switch between them using the Playlist Manager in the app. Each playlist can be either Xtream Codes or M3U format.
Xtream Codes requires a server URL, username, and password — it provides full features like program guide, replay, and categories. M3U is a simple playlist URL that loads media directly but may have fewer features.
When you first install FYRO Player and connect a playlist, you automatically get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment details are required upfront. You'll see your remaining trial days inside the app.
After the trial expires, you need an active paid subscription to keep using the app. You can purchase a subscription from one of our authorized resellers and redeem the promo code inside the app to extend access.
Open the app, go to Settings → Redeem Promo Code, enter your code, and tap Submit. Your subscription will be extended immediately. If a playlist is embedded in the code, it will be added automatically.
When your subscription expires, you won't be able to access playback. Your playlists and settings are preserved, so simply renew with a new promo code to regain access right where you left off.
Yes! Redeeming a new promo code will add time to your existing expiry date, not replace it. So if you have 30 days left and redeem a 1-year code, you'll have 1 year + 30 days.
Subscriptions are sold by our authorized resellers. Visit our Contact page for the current list of resellers in your region. Each reseller may offer different package durations and pricing.
Try these steps: Go to Settings → Buffer Size and try "Large". Enable Hardware Acceleration. Check your internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps recommended). The issue may also be on your playlist provider's end.
Program guide data depends on your Xtream Codes provider. If they don't provide guide data, it won't be available in the app. M3U playlists typically don't include guide data. Make sure your provider supports it.
Your subscription is tied to your device identifier (generated from your device ID). If you change devices, contact your reseller to transfer your subscription to the new device.
